Qualifications :

Production Control Staff

Job Descriptions :
- Prepare production plans using Excel; future plans include the implementation of new planning software.
- Coordinate material preparation according to the production plan and forecasts.
- Monitor production output and understand the process flow, production steps, cycle time, and other related metrics.

- Manage and control finished goods inventory.
- Monitor and control performance based on KPI targets, particularly in delivery and inventory.

Technical Manager

- Support the development of robust business cases throughout the venture process by providing expert input on manufacturing routes.

Machine Design Engineer
Location: Ayutthaya Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :
- Manage design projects with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
- Develop and design automated production machinery using 2D/3D CAD software.
- Interface with requesters to gather project requirements and create detailed specification sheets.

Application Specialist Engineer Staff

- Provide technical consultation and support to customers during both the pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Customize and configure Minebea Intec inspection machines and weighing instruments (including industrial scales, load cells, and process controllers) to meet customer-specific application requirements.
- Resolve technical issues for customers efficiently, both before and after sales.
- Manage and perform on-site installation and servicing of machines and equipment.
- Deliver product training to both internal and external sales and service teams.
- Support marketing activities by preparing datasheets, brochures, and other materials to assist sales teams and partners.
- Stay current with weighing technologies, industry standards, and regulations (e.g., Thai Central Bureau of Weights and Measures, OIML).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the processing industry (e.g., food, pharmaceutical, chemical); background in packaging machinery or equipment is preferred.
