Minebea Group of Companies (Thailand) intends to carry out the environmental policy systematically by adhering to its environmental management regulations. The group conducts its business by means of environmental management system and advanced technologies development on the purpose to develop environmental conservation with all its might by complying with the directions as follows: |

1. Enhancing the environmental technology development : This group conducts every productive processes, from the process of the product design, production, sale, usage through the process of disposing of waste, with the consideration of environmental effects.
2. Enhancing the decrease of environmental effects : The action in productive processes emphasizes the concept of reduction, reuse and recycle including the promotion of decrease in the use of chemicals and substances in products (including parts/ subparts), indirect materials and packaging materials having affect on environment by collaborating with related units such as design, purchase and quality control.
3. Enhancing the energy and natural resources conservation : This group realizes that the energy and natural resources conservation is important. Consequently, the sustainable development of the use of the energy and natural resources as well as the participation of all levels of employee will be promoted.
4. Enhancing the compliances with the environmental laws, regulations and rules : This group will abide by the environmental laws and regulations such as RoHS directives and customers’ requirements and upgrade environmental conservation actions through designation of concerned rules and regulations.
5. Enhancing environmental management system and continual improvement : This group will promote environmental management system through environmental activities, including regular environmental audits in compliance with all regulations and standards in order to enhance better environment and support continual improvements of the entire system.
6. Enhancing social reliability : It is group’s determination not to give neither pollution nor other effects to the environment since the social reliability is our wish.
7. Enhancing training that provides all employees and concerned people’s awareness : This group realizes that training and publicity that provides staffs and concerned people understanding and awareness is the major factor to achieve sustainable development. It is the objective of this group to promote cooperation and responsibility to the environment for everybody. |
