Minebea-Matsushita Motor Corporation, jointly established by Minebea Co.,Ltd (Minebea) and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.,Ltd.(Matsushita).The joint venture company has been operated in Japan, Thailand , Singapore , China and Malaysia. Thai Minebea-Matsushita Motor Co.,Ltd. was established on 9 January 2004 by transferring from Minebea Electronics (Thailand) in Lopburi Plant.

Products
This motor rotates at fixed angles in accordance with electric signals generated through digital controlling and gives high-precision positioning. This motor uses a permanent magnet (PM) as a rotor and uses no ball bearings, thus named a PM stepping motor.
Majority of components other than winding and lead wires - such as a shaft and a magnet - are produced in-house. Integral molding of a stator reduces assembly processes, thereby making automatic assembly possible. This has contributed to high quality, high performance and improved productivity.
A plant in Thailand uses Minebea's fully integrated manufacturing system, whereby all processes from machining of components to final assembly are conducted in-house. This product is sold in the world market.
